We found a cupcake place called "Gigi's Cupcakes"

So of course we had to make a stop! :)

it is conveniently located next door to one of our

favorite restaurants and our new Thursday night

dining location - Figo

Tonight we tried the "Midnight Magic"

and we liked it and looking forward to trying more!

-unfortunalty, we had to make a run by Target on the way home,

so it had to sit in the car for a bit longer than needed-

So I have recently become a huge fan of vinyl wall art.

I recently purchased some items from Janey Mac

for the new place and couldn't wait to put them to use!

I finally completed my projects and I love how they turned out!

I actually ended up putting them on the glass for picture frames

vs putting them on the wall, since I knew I'd only be here a year

and I may want to reuse them next year!

stone mountain

Last night we went to Stone Mountain's
Last Blast of Summer Concert!

I use to go every year in high school,
but haven't made it out the past 6 years!

We didn't go expecting much,
considering the country artist playing
each only had one song currently playing on the radio...
and normally you end up getting stuck next

to a huge crowd of obnoxious people.

However, the card were in our favor.
The music wasn't terrible,
-however, I like country music, so hd may say differently-
the crowd wasn't obnoxious,
-we love to people watch and we had the best group (3 families)
in front of us and the kids were our entertainment
while waiting for the laser show to start!!!-
and in five years, we somehow had yet to make it
to Stone Mountain for the laser show
so it was a first! :)

Looking forward to next year!

It's official!

I move to the big city on Friday!!

Well, I can officially start moving in on Friday

but it will be a few weeks process

considering I have not packed one thing

and the next two weekends have alot going on!

So a little moving here and there but hope

to be settled in by the weekend of Sept 11!!

here's to a new beginning! :)

Today Hd and I celebrated five wonderful years together!!!

I really don't know where the time has gone!

He is the absolute best thing that has happened to me

and I seriously cannot imagine my life without him.

hd-thanks for being the best part of my day....

for making me laugh when I'm mad or sad...

for sharing the same hopes & dreams...

for alllll of the love and support...

for giving 110% always......

& for being my best friend.

Happy 2nd Birthday

Today is the little girl's 2nd birthday! :)

and she is lovin' every minute of it!

She had Chick-fli-a for breakfast

(chicken and hashbrowns!)

And we took her to Brusters for ice cream!
-which she loooved!!-

Overall, it was a perfect day for the baby girl!
